End-User License Agreement for Software Product of Icecream Apps Ltd

In this License, "the Product" means any software product which may be found at icecreamapps.com website.
This License is a legal agreement between you and Icecream Apps Ltd, a Cyprus limited company for the Product.
By proceeding to install the Product, and in consideration of your use of the Product, you are deemed to agree to be bound by the terms of this License.
Icecream Apps Ltd permits you to use the Product only in accordance with the terms of this License and your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with the terms of this License.
The Product is licensed on per user basis, not per computer, site or company. This license is not transferable to any other system, or to another organization or individual. You are not allowed to remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Product. The PRO license applies to the version of the program on which it is activated. Number of computers one license can be used on may vary depending on the Product: please refer to the end-user license agreement implemented into Product's installer.
THIS PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION is PROVIDED "AS IS" AND COMES WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE USE AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT ARE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You may install and use the Product free of charge for personal, educational (non-profit) use. In these cases, you are granted the right to use and to make an unlimited number of copies of the Product. Some features of the Product may be limited or unavailable in free version of the Product. To enable all the features you need to upgrade the Product to PRO version. Full list of limited features is presented on Upgrade page of the certain Product at icecreamapps.com.
For usage in corporate or commercial environment you will need to upgrade the Product to PRO version by obtaining an activation key at icecreamapps.com.
You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the Product in whole or in part.
The SOFTWARE is intellectual property of Icecream Apps Ltd and is protected by law. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the SOFTWARE anywhere in the world belong to Icecream Apps Ltd, that rights in the SOFTWARE are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, the SOFTWARE other than the right to use them in accordance with the terms of this License. You are not allowed to resell, charge for, rent, lease, loan, sublicense or assign the SOFTWARE or any copy thereof, including any related documentation.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ICECREAM APPS LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR OF INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
- Updates may be licensed to you by Icecream Apps Ltd with additional or different terms but Icecream Apps Ltd has no obligation to provide any updates.
- This License is the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior representations, undertakings or advertising relating to the Product and you acknowledge that in entering into this License you have not relied on any statement, representation, advertising, assurance or warranty (whether made negligently or innocently) other than as expressly set out in this License.
